Crunchy Cole Slaw, Remixed

16 oz cole slaw

1 bag broccoli slaw

1 C grated carrot

1 C grated celery

1 C green onion, sliced

1 C toasted almond slices

1 C sunflower seeds

1 package ramen noodles, crumbled

2 T sesame seeds

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper

In a large bowl, toss together the slaws, carrot, celery, green onion, almonds, ramen, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over the slaw then toss well to combine. Serve immediately.

Serves a crowd!
